The icey weather brought out some icey fun in Davenport with the 2nd annual Icestravaganza.
The event featured live ice carving, free horse drawn carriages rides and activities at local museums.
This afternoon folks braved the cold to check out some of those cool ice sculptures you see there.
Organizers say all to give families a fun way to spend an afternoon out and about.
"I think the sculptures are really fascinating the girls are interested in how they're made and things like that it's neat to be able to watch them do it," said Mom Sheala Wentink.
That event hosted by the downtown Davenport partnership.
