Between the marching band, the fans, the cheerleaders and the players, how do you keep the noise level down at a football game? That's what people in Wapello, Iowa are trying to figure out. This, after recent tests showed sound levels are exceeding the city's noise ordinance. While city leaders have agreed to allow the stadium to get noisy, they're asking school officials to try and keep it down. So, announcers, coaches, and the band have all agreed to be a little quieter to be good neighbors.
