6 months ago a mobile home caught fire in Sherrard, Illinois, killing 5 of their own.
Today the community is still healing.
Cassi Turner, Holli and Jessica Harker and Anna Viager and her daughter Breanna, lost their lives that day in March.
Residents say everyone felt the pain from this tragedy and it hasn't been easy to move on.
In the months since that day there have been many benefits and fundraiser's for the families of the victims.
Residents tell us the tight knit community keeps growing closer, and they pick each other up in the face of adversity.
Connie Helm lives in Sherrard, "I think we've just kind of come together. Again small town, we've come together to help each other and we've just had a lot of great support for the family and helping to rebuild."
