Wednesday is the 12th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks, a day that will forever live on in our memories. To honor the thousands of people who died, Governor Terry Branstad is calling for all flags in the state of Iowa to be flown at half-staff. Flags will be lowered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the state capitol and other state buildings. He's encouraging everyone else to do the same.
