A drug investigation leads police to find six pounds of marijuana in a Davenport home.
Officers from the Davenport Police Tactical Operations Bureau served a search warrant at a home in the 200 block of East 13th Street on Wednesday.
Inside police found about six pound of high grade marijuana, a digital scale, and packaging materials. Richard Baldwin was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, drug possession, and failing to have an Iowa drug tax stamp.
Police say Baldwin worked with at least two other people to bring the marijuana in from Colorado and to sell it in the Quad Cities.
