Update: Rock Island Police have charged 40-year old Thomas Burnett with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated arson.
He is being held in Rock Island County Jail without bail and is set to appear in court Sunday at 8:30 a.m.

Three people are injured after a house fire on 44th Street in Rock Island Friday Night.
Police said one man and two women, one woman who was pregnant were taken to area hospitals for lacerations, which appeared to be stab wounds.
Police said the impregnated woman had an emergency c-section to deliver the baby, and the baby is okay.
A Rock Island man, whose name has not been released, is in custody in connection to the house fire, and injuries to victims.
Police said he was arrested only a few blocks away from the scene with related injuries.
Rock Island Police were called to the house just after 7 PM Friday for a domestic dispute.
When police arrived to the scene, the house was on fire.
Fire crews from Rock Island, Arsenal Emergency, and Moline arrived on scene.
The Rock Island Assistant Fire Chief says crews put the fire out in about a half hour.
At the scene, police put crime tape around a house across the street.
CBS 4 News talked to a witness who was at the neighboring house, who said he saw the fight in the street, and witnessed the crime.
Illinois State Police, along with Rock Island P. D. are investigating the incident, and interviewing witnesses.
The Illinois State Fire Marshall did not determine the cause of the fire as of Friday night.
The house is a total loss.
CBS4 is on the scene of a house fire in Rock Island. When we got there just before 8:00 p.m. there was smoke billowing out of the roof. We're told the smoke could be seen from Modern Woodmen Park in Davenport. No word on the extent of their injuries, but two people were taken out of the home on stretchers and taken by ambulance to the hospital.
