Do you have an eye for design? Why not put your skills to good use?

Experience Quad Cities is holding a community wide design contest. The winner will have their work featured on the cover of the 2013 East West Riverfest event guide cover. The second annual event, scheduled for September 6-22, is a celebration of arts, culture, and heritage of the area.

The design deadline is April 15.
