Do you have a natural sense of leadership and love the outdoors?  Then the City of Bettendorf has the perfect job for you.   

The Parks and Recreation Department is looking for volunteers to serve as park ambassadors to patrol the city's 22 parks this summer.

Ambassador duties include watching out for vandalism, giving visitors directions, and providing first aid.  

Shifts run from 6 -11 PM every night from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.   If you think you've got what it takes, you can pick up and drop off an application at City Hall.
