The Davenport Police Tactical Squad captured a man wanted for allegedly beating a four year old child.

Jackson was caring for the boy on Wednesday while his mother was at
work. Police say the 6'4", 205 pound Jackson held the child and hit him
repeatedly in the stomach.
The child was taken to Trinity Hospital, then later flown to St. Francis in Peoria for treatment of his injuries.
Jackson is charged with Aggravated Battery to a Child. Police had been looking for him since Friday.
