CASI St. Patrick's Day 5K Run

The annual St. Patrick's Day Race had runners filling the streets of Davenport today.

"I'm watching my wife run this race right here with my nephew Caleb," said Steve Nebinger, whose wife ran in the race.

Proceeds go to help CASI, Davenport's Center for Active Seniors.

Nearly 2,800 runners taking part this year, including our own Steve Long, Meredith Dennis and Travis Michaels.

There was everything from a 5k down to a kid's fun run. Despite the chilly temperatures, fun was definitely what it was all about.

Devin Allbaugh won today's 5k in a time of 15 minutes and 7 seconds.
