New hotel could be coming to Davenport

New development could be coming to the north end of Davenport.

City Senior Planning Manager Matt Flynn tells CBS4 that a South Dakota company want to build a Holiday Inn Express near the intersection of 65th and Brady.

The four story, 90 room hotel would sit on the east side of Brady across from Thunder Bay Grille.

The city is currently reviewing plans and at this time no date has been set for construction.
