This month, many local schools will go on spring break, but that doesn't mean the learning has to stop. The Putman Museum is hosting "Grossology" all next week; and it's exactly how it sounds.

Students will be able to learn about all the ins, outs, and down right gross facts about their bodies. Organizers say the family friendly activities are not only fun, but educational.

"This is a great opportunity to have that community discussion about what is going on with our bodies, what happens inside and what's important about staying healthy and well," says Nicole Myles, VP of education for the Putnam Museum.

Grossology at the Putnam is from March 18th - 22nd from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. It's free with your general admission.
