Galesburg Police are searching for a felon they say shot a man after a fight.
Officers were called to the 200 block of West Main Street shortly before 1:00 A.M. Monday where they found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was taken to Cottage Hospital and later released.
Police believe the shooting stemmed from a fight in a bar that spilled out into the parking lot.
Twenty-one year old William McClendon of Galesburg was arrested for Obstruction of
Justice.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Dominique McClendon for attempted
murder, aggravated battery with a firearm, aggravated discharge of a firearm and
unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Bond was set $500,000.
