YWCA to continue critical services

Despite budget woes, the Clinton YWCA will continue helping victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. The organization's board of directors recently approved a measure to continue services through fiscal year 2014. The YWCA originally said they may have to cut those services because of regionalization and federal and state budget cuts. But a grassroots effort is currently underway to raise the 100 thousand dollars needed to fund the program.
