New IA Voting Rule

A controversial new voting rule will soon go into effect in Iowa.

This after a legislative committee that oversees state government agency rules, failed to stop it. The rule establishes a way to remove a person whose citizenship is in question from voter registrations lists. The ACLU said they will challenge the rule in court.
