More than 200 new jobs could be coming to Clinton.
The city announced today that three companies hope to expand there, RAIL.ONE, Nevada Railroad Materials, and Data Dimensions.
RAIL.ONE is a German company that wants to build a factory on the west side of Clinton to manufacture concrete rail ties.
Nevada Railroad Materials will supply rail cars to RAIL.ONE and recycle old railroad ties.
Data Dimensions, already located in the city, plans to build a new operations center that will double its current space.
Clinton Mayor Mark Vulich said "The Clinton community can take pride in its steady commitment to create an environment that attracts new companies."
The companies hope to move forward with plans this spring, once they get approval of local and state incentives.
