WASHINGTON (AP) _ An al-Qaida spokesman who also was Osama bin Laden's son-in-law will appear in a federal court in New York this morning.
He will answer to allegations that he plotted against Americans.
Authorities say Sulaiman Abu Ghaith was captured in Jordan over the last week.
Republican senators Lindsey Graham and Kelly Ayotte (AY'-aht) say Abu Ghaith should have been taken straight to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba after he was captured.
