Man arrested for having sex with 12 year old

A Rock Island man is in the Scott County Jail, charged with having sex with a twelve year old girl.

Police say nineteen year old Joseph Clark arranged to meet the girl near Sudlow Junior High in Davenport early Sunday morning.

According to police records Clark admitted that he knew the girl was only twelve. He is charged with Third Degree Sexual Abuse.
