It's back to court today for former Dixon Comptroller Rita Crundwell.
There is a hearing scheduled for 10:30 this morning in a Lee County courtroom.
She will appear via video conference. Crundwell's attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the state charges.
It's expect that today a judge will set a date to consider that motion.
She is currently serving a 20–year sentence after pleading guilty to federal charges stemming from stealing more than $53 million from the city of Dixon.
