Davenport man charged with arson

A Davenport man was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with setting his own home on fire.

Brian Lebs is charged with Second Degree Arson and Insurance Fraud.  He is currently in the Scott County Jail.

The fire happened in Lebs' home in the 700 block of South Elsie on November 17 of last year.

At the time of the fire damage to the home was estimated at $90,000.
