Starting
today, Illinois State Police are increasing night patrols.
They're
going to be out through March in Rock
Island County
watching for impaired drivers.
They're
going to be looking for people driving unsafely, operating without a license,
driving under the influence or anyone not wearing a seatbelt.
State
troopers say these nighttime patrols are designed to keep roads safe.
