Dixon teachers strike

Teachers in Dixon will go on strike Thursday.

Leaders with the Dixon Education Association tell us they tried to reach an agreement with the school board on Monday night, but the board wouldn't budge.

The teachers will strike on Thursday, and there is another meeting scheduled for Thursday night at 7:00PM to try again to work something out.
