Do you have an idea for making Moline's riverfront stand out?
Then WQPT and the Moline Foundation want to hear from you.
The innovative project is bringing together citizens and community leaders to discuss ideas for how to best use Moline's river front.
Community forums are coming up soon where the public can voice their opinions, plus, students from local colleges are getting in on the action by creating videos of their ideas.
The winner will get a scholarship, and more.
"The most popular will certainly be given a closer scrutiny and look at as we develop the strategic plan for the city of Moline," said Joy Boruff, executive director of the Moline Foundation.
