School Merger Turns Into Lawsuit

A highly contested school merger in Iowa has started a lawsuit.

Earlier this year, Preston and East Central schools voted to combine into the Easton Valley School District.

But now, the Northeast School District is suing Easton Valley for canceling the grade sharing contract they had with East Central.

Easton Valley's superintendent says he's determined to keep all of the students at Easton Valley.
