Snow continues tonight in the Quad Cities. So far the metro area has picked up about an inch and a half in most spots, with heavier totals being reported South/Southwest of the Quad Cities. The heaviest snow will fall between 10pm and 2am while lighter snow will fall at times through Friday afternoon. With some dry air wrapping into the system our snow totals will range from 2-5" as opposed to 4-6" as earlier thought. The Winter Weather Advisory is unchanged, and remains in effect until 3pm on Friday.
Winds gusting to 30 mph aren't helping things outside and driving will be tricky through the night!
