3rd phase of West Side Diversion Tunnel gets green light

It's two down and one to go. The 3rd and final phase of the Davenport West Side Diversion Tunnel Project is getting started.

The city awarded 4 million dollars to Langman Construction Company to start working on the land near Duck Creek.

City leaders said the project will open up 28 square miles for residential, commercial and industrial development in Northwest Davenport.
