Davenport casino update

Tonight the Davenport Council Committee of the Whole is expected to get an update on the casino.

City leaders are staying tight lipped about what the update will be, but it is expected that the Davenport Community Improvement Committee will give a presentation on their ideas.

Just three weeks ago the final two proposals for the casino were laid out.

City leaders hope to have a final proposal by March to present to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.
