A QC man who threatened to kill is sentenced

He threatened to shoot people at North Park Mall, now a Davenport man is going to prison.

T. Wayne Allen Senior was sentenced to 15 years on Tuesday.

Allen was sentenced to a mandatory term as an armed career criminal, after police found a loaded gun in his pocket in August of 2011.

That's when he threatened to shoot people during an argument at Northpark.

Allen has at least 4 other convictions for armed robbery in Nevada, Illinois, and Iowa.
