Update: Early Tuesday morning there are now only about 750 QCA residents without power.
The Mayor of North Henderson tells CBS 4 that both their power and water are back on.
The boil order should still be in place all week.

The rain, snow, wind, and frigid temps are making for some nasty conditions out there.
One small QCA town was completely without water and power for a few hours Monday night.
The Mayor of North Henderson, Illinois tells CBS 4, both were expected to be back on by 10 Monday night.
But that a boil order would likely be in place all week long.
At 10 p.m. on Monday there were more than 5 thousand without power here in the QCA.
