Icestravaganza was back in full force Sunday in Davenport.
"We are here just to enjoy all the festivities!" said
Kim Block, who brought along her grandsons.
Folks gathered to enjoy an outdoor skating rink, horse drawn
carriage rides, shopping, and live music among other activities.
But one of the biggest highlights was the ice carving.
Ice sculptors said the conditions were perfect.
"It's not too cold, not too warm, and tons of kids
having a good time today, so it's a success," said Matt Meadows, an ice sculptor.
Icestravaganza was originally supposed to be in January, but
it was postponed after bad weather last month.
