Road Closure in Rock Island

Rock Island drivers, there's a road closing we need to tell you about.

7th Avenue between 11th and 12th Streets is closed to east bound traffic.

Rock Island Public Works says they're working on an emergency repair to the sewer.

The repair work will likely not be finished until the middle of next week. Detours have been posted in the area to get around the closing.
