John Deere Sees Record Earnings

The start of the year will go down in the record books for one of the Quad City's biggest employers.

Deere and Company announced today they saw record earnings during the first quarter.

When the quarter ended January 31st, its net income was nearly $650 million, compared with more than $530 million this time last year.

Company reps say this is the 11th quarter in a row they've broken records.
