Getting fit was the name of the game at the Rock Island Arsenal Wednesday.
More than 1,500 soldiers and workers came out for the 15th annual Health Fair. Vendors from all across the QC showcased what they can offer from haircuts to massage therapy.
Organizers say the fair let's the community know what businesses are out there and is especially helpful for new soldiers.
"You don't know what's out there," says Desiree Aidala, organizer. "I try to give them a whole wide variety, different businesses for health, little things that could help them."
Organizers say the fair has grown, from its humble beginnings of 6 vendors back in 1998, to more than 65 today.
