(AP) _ President Barack Obama is telling supporters he can't get the proposals outlined in his State of the Union address without their help. Obama telephoned in to thousands of watch parties across the country immediately after the speech. He urged supporters to work together, saying the change he's talking about is ``going to be tough.'' He said he hoped the speech resonated with them because the president asking for change doesn't mean anything on its own. Obama said it will ``require a big push from you guys'' to get legislation, get it passed and signed into law.
