AFSCME Warns Members to Prepare in Case of Strike

Prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. That's what AFSCME reps are asking members do.

The union sent out a memo telling them how to prepare in case of a possible strike.

Tips include putting aside money now and not making any major purchases.

The memo comes after the union and governor Pat Quinn have been at odds over contract negotiations.
