Sheley Back on Trial

Convicted in 2 murders, Nicholas Sheley will soon be heading into his next trial, this time accused of killing four people in Rock Falls, including a two-year-old child.

Sheley's motion to have his life sentence for killing Russell Reed thrown out was denied in court yesterday.

He was then arraigned for the murder of 4 people in Rock Falls who were found dead in an apartment in 2008.

Sheley pled not guilty to those crimes and asked for a jury trial. His next court appearance is in March.
