Hundreds came out Saturday to cash in for a good cause.
For the second year, ARC of the Quad Cities held a Texas Hold'em poker tournament. All proceeds go toward helping people with disabilities reach greater independence in their everyday lives.
And the winner of the tournament - they go to go to Las Vegas and compete at the World Series of Poker.
"We've had players drive up from Texas and players from Galena, Des Moines, Sterling, Rock Falls and the QC area so we thought it would be a great draw and players are really serious at getting the chance at a relatively low buy in," says Maureen Dickinson of ARC of the Quad Cities.
CBS4 is a proud sponsor of this event.
