Former Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. has signed a plea deal with federal prosecutors over misusing campaign funds.
Barring last minute changes, Jackson will plead guilty to a single felony count and could face up to five years in prison.
He will also have to repay hundreds of thousands of dollars spent over a four year period.
Jackson resigned in November citing health problems and acknowledging that he was under federal investigation.
