New incentive to farm in Iowa?

New incentives could have more people getting into the Iowa farming game.

Two young Republican farmers have introduced a bill that would expand the current tax credit program to beginning farmers. The state now provides 6 million dollars in tax credits to retiring farmers who lease their land to beginners. The bill would double that amount and also offer tax breaks for beginners.
