A nachos and beer splurge isn't the best thing for your waistline...
But don't let those Super bowl party foods get you down.
"A lot of people are going to face a lot of regret on Monday morning, but the important thing is to not get depressed. Don't get yourself down on it, just start back with your normal healthy lifestyle routine," says Chrissy Watters, Registered Dietician.
Experts say if your goal is weight loss, make sure you get back on track tomorrow.
Don't let today ruin your long term goal.
Start off with a well-balanced breakfast and get back to your healthy diet and fitness routine.
Drink more water and don't waste your calories on sugary high calorie drinks.
"Increase your fruit and vegetable intake, almost all of us lack in that area so try to make half your plate fruits and veggies, especially those low cal veggies," says Watters.
Always forgive yourself. Don't let today get in the way of your long term fitness goal.
