Notorious for jumping on the backs of athletes during games all over the country, the so called "Piggyback Bandit" has been arrested in the Quad Cities.
Police took 29-year-old Sherwin Shayegan into custody Thursday at the Schnooks in Bettendorf for disrupting customers. However, it's his reputation that really got officers attention. Originally from Washington, Shayegan has reportedly been targeting high school sports teams since 2008, but officers said he hasn't disrupted any games in the Quad Cities.
