Armed Robbery in Davenport

An attempted armed robbery happened in Davenport Thursday Night.

Police said just after 6 PM, two men wearing masks went into Clarks Corner Store on West 7th Street and demanded cash.

They said one man may have had a weapon, but before the suspects could get the cash, they ran away.

No one was injured.

Police are still searching for the suspects.
