Man charged with setting wife on fire

A Davenport man has been charged with setting his wife on fire last month.

Tom Kuan faces arson, domestic abuse, and attempted murder charges.

Investigators say Kaun intentionally started the December 5th fire, dumping gasoline on his wife, Lyn, and himself and then ignited it.

Both were treated for severe burns for weeks in Iowa City.

Kuan remains in the Scott County jail on $100,000 bail.
