Trinity to announce $61 million expansion in Rock Island

Trinity Regional Health Systems plans to build a 90,000 square foot, $61.3 million expansion to its Rock Island Campus.

The project will add a three story expansion to the Heart Center and Emergency Department at the hospital.

Trinity says the expansion will be the largest project in the facility's forty year history.

Details will be announced at a press conference Thursday morning.
