Davenport parents weighed in Tuesday night about the possibility their kids' schools could soon be changing.

School leaders are looking at redrawing the davenport school district's boundary lines, to try and curb overcrowding.  But before they make any decisions, they're holding six public forums over the next month.

One parent we talked to at tonight's davenport central meeting, said kids need options to be successful.

"Davenport has three wonderful high schools, but I also think we need to have those options to make out kids be at the right school. Every school has certain subjects they excel in and let our kids have those options to get those subjects and be the best they can be," said Michelle Koops, Davenport parent.

There are two more meetings scheduled this week.  The next is Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Harrison Elementary, and Thursday at 6 p.m. at North High School.
