New Developer for the Amtrak Station

Moline has chosen a developer to build its new Amtrak station. 

City council gave the go ahead to The Amin Group on Tuesday.

Last week, Renew Moline endorsed the developer to build the passenger rail station.

Amin will convert the old sears building into not only a hub for trains and buses, but also a coffee shop and restaurants.

The Amin Group has done several other projects in the Moline area.
