Eleven area fire departments, and EMS personnel are responding to a huge fire in Rock Falls.
The fire is burning in an approximately 20,000 square foot building on the property of Northwest Construction on Route 30.
Firefighters tell CBS4 that there are two large buildings on the property, but at this point it is too early to tell if both are on fire. Smoke on the scene is very thick, and crews are dealing with the freezing temps while they try to contain the blaze.
