New Miss Illinois County Fair from Orion

The new Miss Illinois County Fair is a student from Orion.

Amelia Martens, the current Miss Rock Island County Fair Queen, was crowned at the annual convention of the Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs in Springfield.

Martens is the daughter of Patrick and Annette Martens of Orion. She is a student at the University of Illinois majoring in Agricultural Communications.

Other top finalists from our area were Miss Mercer County Fair Emily Mills and Miss Henry County Fair Kaci Storm.
