Dixon man charged in wife's murder

A Dixon, Illinois man has been arrested and formally charged in his wife's murder.

Yolanda Sigler was found January 13th strangled in her home at 230 Lincolnway along with her husband Brian, who was suffering from self-inflicted knife wounds.

Brian Sigler had been recovering at KSB Hospital since the murder.  He has now recovered enough to be charged with one count of First Degree Murder.
