Winter Vehicle Auction at Arrowhead Ranch

Is there anything better than getting a Porsche for $3,200?

"I won the Porsche.  It was a good bidding, it was nerve–wracking but I'm exciting to try and drive the Porsche home now," said Dan Dillon, who won the bid for a 1989 Porsche at Arrowhead Ranch's winter vehicle auction Saturday.

Over thirty donated cars and even some golf carts were auctioned off.

All the money goes to Arrowhead Ranch's at risk youth programs.

And the combination of a good deal and a good cause was a hit.

"Every vehicle sells every time.  I have yet to see a time where a vehicle didn't sell.  We get a variety of different bidders," said Brandon Terronez of Arrowhead Ranch.

There's not an exact number in yet, but organizers say they made from thirty to forty thousand dollars today.
